What is HomeTutor?

HomeTutor is an online learning platform based on 21st century education. The concept of learning is revision exercises and drill questions through effective multimedia learning and capable of stimulating children to think creatively.

Children are exposed with syllabus according to the latest curriculum standards the same as what is learned in schools starting from primary school to secondary school such as Lower Primary, UPSR, PT3 and SPM.

Why is HomeTutor different from other online learning?

HomeTutor e-Learning unlike the others because the questions provided in HomeTutor exceeding 70,000++ that 100% follow latest curriculum standard suggested by the Ministry of Education.

HomeTutor also has collaborations with universities in Malaysia such as Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI) and National University of Malaysia (UKM).

I have a problem to activate the account. How can i get support?

If there are any questions regarding the use of content in e-Learning HomeTutor, you can use the links in each question “Question Feedback” provided or any other problems that can submit an email to support@hometutor.com.my or can communicate directly with the Customer Care Officer e –Learning.

Done payment through the portal, what's next?

After making the payment, you will receive success notification by email. All your purchases will appear on the dashboard, and your kids can start learning. If the notifications does not appear in your mail 'Inbox,' please check in 'Spam'.

Yes, questions in HomeTutor followed the current Standard Curriculum as recommended by the Ministry of Education.

How the learning schedule?

There is no schedule being set. Students can make revision exercises and drill questions at any time and everywhere they want.

Are there a limited number of questions in a day?

There is unlimited number of questions. Students can answer as many as they want within the subscription period.

How many questions has provided?

Total questions is about 100,000++ for all packages.

Will the questions be different or just the same throughout 3 or 6 months?

New or latest questions will constantly updated from time to time and will be added periodically.

Our return policy is stated below:

1. The return policy described below applies to subscription of hometutor.com.my purchases made through online (www.hometutor.com.my) and offline.

2. Request for refund.

  • Complete refund within 30 days from the purchased date.
  • No refund after 30 days from the purchased date.

3. Once your request for refund has been received and checked, please allow 30 working days for payment to be made.

4. Request for cancellation.

  • No refund after 30 days from the purchased date.
